Help Center – Expired Sessions

If you are repeatedly being sent to the login screen, the problem is that your computer is not accepting "cookies" from the course.

FinancialLiteracy101 uses cookie files to help deliver personalized content, and they are required to take the course.

To fix the problem in Internet Explorer, follow these instructions:

1) From the Internet Explorer toolbar, select Tools
2) From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
3) From the Internet Options screen, select Privacy
4) From the Privacy screen, select Sites or Websites (depending on your version)
5) In the "Address of website" box, type www.financialliteracy101.org
6) Click OK and login again

To fix the problem in Safari, follow these instructions:

1) From the toolbar, select Safari
2) From the Safari menu, select Preferences 3) From the Preferences screen, select Security
3) Under the Accept Cookies list, select "Only from sites you navigate to"
4) From the Privacy screen, select "Sites" or "Websites"

To fix the problem in FireFox, follow these instructions:

1) From the FireFox toolbar, select Tools
2) From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
3) Click on the Privacy button on the left
3) Open the Cookies box and check the "Allow sites to set cookies" box
4) Then click OK to exit
